KUWAIT CITY, Feb 6: The General Traffic Department has announced a significant traffic update for motorists. Starting from this evening, Friday, February 6, 2026, the exit from Damascus Street leading onto Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Road (Fifth Ring Road) in the direction of Salmiya will be completely closed. This closure is scheduled to last until midnight on Saturday, February 7, 2026. The reason for this temporary inconvenience is to facilitate essential road maintenance. Motorists are advised to plan their routes accordingly during this period.
