KUWAIT CITY, April 14: The General Administration of Customs has sent a strongly worded warning to an ‘express mail’ company because the company was making it a habit to blame the customs authorities for delay in delivery of shipments, reports Al-Anba daily.

The customs authorities have said it will take legal measures against the company if this trend does not stop.

The warning came in a letter sent by the Director of Air Customs Administration Mutlaq Al-Enezi to the concerned company, in which he stated multiple complaints have been received by the customs that it is the source of delay of shipments delivery.

The letter read, “We inform you that your company is the only one among the courier service companies that has been using this approach for a long time without evidence,” and warned in future the customs authorities will be forced to take legal action
