KUWAIT CITY, Oct 31: In the past two months, the Sulaibiya customs department confiscated 4,000 food items which were in the prohibited list to be exported outside the country. All outgoing shipments are inspected, and all seized items reported are made and fined accordingly. The seized food items are then handed over by the customs department to the Ministry of Commerce.
