CSC’s new automation system streamlines end-of-service settlements for non-Kuwaitis

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 17: The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has announced the successful automation of the end-of-service procedures for non-Kuwaiti employees. This new system enables the process to be handled electronically, eliminating the need for paper.

The automation integrates the employee’s employer with the relevant departments in the Civil Service Commission, reflecting the CSC’s commitment to enhancing efficiency and accuracy. This update is designed to save time and effort, streamline the monitoring and auditing of data, and simplify the implementation of the replacement policy across all government agencies, in line with Civil Service Council Resolution No. 11 of 2017.

The system ensures that all financial obligations owed to the state by the non-Kuwaiti employee are settled before disbursing their dues. To facilitate this transition, the CSC has begun training government agency specialists on the new system to ensure smooth and compliant execution of the end-of-service procedures.
