KUWAIT CITY, June 11: The Civil Service Commission (CSC) on Wednesday reaffirmed its commitment to improving employee efficiency and elevating institutional performance within government agencies through a series of targeted field visits.
In a statement posted on the social media platform X, the CSC said the initiative is being carried out by the Scholarships and Study Leave Sector in coordination with the External Training Department. The visits include several government entities, such as the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, which are part of a broader plan to send employees for external training programs.
The commission explained that the visits aim to clarify the mechanism for nominating candidates for overseas training, identify the specific training needs of each agency, and align these needs with the overall administrative development strategy. The visits also serve to address agency-specific inquiries and provide tailored guidance.
The CSC emphasized that these field visits will continue until all relevant government bodies are covered. The objective is to maximize the benefits of external training programs offered by internationally accredited institutions and ensure that agencies nominate qualified personnel based on clear and transparent selection criteria.
