KUWAIT CITY, Sept 26: In a significant crackdown, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has successfully shuttered the largest store dedicated to Fashion-related products. This illicit operation had set up shop within one of the offices located in a commercial building, serving as both its headquarters and a storefront for selling and distributing fake products. The operation was vast, with the seizure of over three thousand items, including shoes, bags, clothing, and accessories, all bearing imitation logos of renowned global brands.

The seizure operation was executed following a thorough monitoring and investigation process conducted by the Commercial Supervision Emergency Team. As a result of this operation, the office was promptly closed down, and the necessary legal procedures are currently being finalized.

This decisive action by the Ministry of Trade and Industry underscores its commitment to combatting counterfeit goods and protecting consumers from fraudulent products. It also sends a strong message to those engaged in such illegal activities.
