KUWAIT CITY, Oct 3: The Capital Governorate Investigation Department, acting on behalf of the Criminal Security Sector, has arrested 20 expatriates from various nationalities across five separate cases in various regions. They were charged with conducting prostitution business. The arrests were made as part of an effort to monitor all phenomena outside the law and public morals. The arrested individuals have been referred to the competent authorities to take all necessary legal measures against them.
