KUWAIT CITY, Dec 2: The Public Relations Department of Kuwait Municipality announced that field teams from the Public Hygiene and Road Occupancy departments are intensifying inspection tours in all governorates to monitor and remove violations of hygiene and road occupancy regulations. The Public Hygiene and Road Occupancy Department of Mubarak Al-Kabeer Municipality conducted extensive inspections in residential areas to enhance cleanliness and remove obstructions that affect the city’s appearance. During the tour, teams lifted 45 abandoned vehicles, scrap metal, boats, commercial containers, and motorcycles . Also, 48 violations related to public hygiene and road occupancy were recorded, and 64 removal notices were issued for abandoned vehicles and illegally placed commercial containers . The municipality also replaced 134 old waste bins with new ones and installed 142 additional bins.
