KUWAIT CITY, July 8: The Court of Appeal has decided to suspend the execution of the sentence against former Member of Parliament Hamad Al-Alyan and release him on bail of 2,000 dinars pending the outcome of his appeal. In contrast, the court has ruled to continue the detention of Musaed Al-Quraifa. The case has been postponed until September 8 for further proceedings.
