KUWAIT CITY, March 31: In a recent ruling by the Criminal Court, presided over by Counselor Miteb Al-Ardhi, regarding a case involving the seizure of disability salaries, several individuals have been sentenced to various penalties. The court has decided to imprison two Egyptian expatriates and nine male citizens for seven years. Additionally, it has sentenced 13 others to two years of imprisonment with labor. However, the execution of this sentence has been suspended for three years, with a bail amount set at 1,000 dinars. Moreover, the court refrained from pronouncing punishment for 33 male and female citizens, instead requiring them to pay a bail amount of 500 dinars after settling the seized amounts.
