KUWAIT CITY, May 26: The Criminal Court’s State Security Circuit, presided over by Judge Nasser Al-Badr, has set the session of June 11 for the trial of four Iranian Revolutionary Guard officers accused of illegally entering Kuwaiti territorial waters and infiltrating a restricted military site, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The Public Prosecution charged the defendants with crossing Kuwait’s maritime borders and entering a secure military zone using boats, navigational tools, and field equipment. They are also accused of possessing weapons, ammunition, and communication and surveillance devices with the intent to target military, sovereign, and security sites and facilities.
