LOS ANGELES, Feb 12, (Agencies): Beyoncé enthusiasts, celebrate! The 42-year-old music icon pleasantly surprised fans by dropping two new songs from her upcoming country-themed album on Sunday evening.

The initial track, "Texas Hold 'Em," reminisces about Beyoncé's 2016 hit "Daddy Lessons" from the Lemonade album, featuring lyrics like, "This ain't Texas / Ain't no hold 'em / So our lays our cards down, down, down, down." The single's cover art showcases Beyoncé adorned with a metallic plate, a black cowboy hat, sizable earrings, and a black belt complemented by a dangling silver heart-shaped piece covering her lower half.

The second song, "16 Carriages," maintains a country vibe with Beyoncé's vocals soaring over a robust rustic beat. The cover art for this song captures Beyoncé in black and white, donning a black cowboy hat with her hair styled in a wavy bob.

Beyoncé's latest releases came shortly after she announced that the second act of her Renaissance album— the first part of which debuted in 2022— is scheduled for release in March. In an Instagram video showcasing Beyoncé driving through the desert, fans got a sneak peek of her new sound, along with a teaser for the project's release date.

These album and song revelations followed Beyoncé's intriguing list of "firsts," showcased in a Verizon Wireless commercial during the Super Bowl LVIII matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers. Both "Texas Hold 'Em" and "16 Carriages" are now available for streaming and purchase, with Beyoncé's highly anticipated new album set to drop on March 29.
