KUWAIT CITY, Feb 16: The Consumer Protection Department of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry said the consumer has the right to return jewelry, watches, garments and wedding clothes, glasses and perfumes within five days of the date of purchase in case of a technical defect according to the law, reports Al-Jarida daily. The sources said there is no condition that the product must be returned within 24 hours unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the purchase invoice.
