KUWAIT CITY, April 7, (KUNA): Kuwait’s Constitutional Court, chaired by Justice Mohammad bin Naji, rejected in a ruling on Wednesday all challenges against the recently-held parliamentary election, which took place on 5th December. The court, rescheduled their ruling, from March 3rd to today on 10 challenges in the First, Second, Third, and Fifth Constituency.

In a related development, former MP Badr Al-Dahoum filed an appeal at the Court of Cassation regarding the Constitutional Court’s decision to cancel his parliamentary membership despite the final verdict of the Court of Cassation which confirmed the legitimacy of his candidacy and victory in the 2020 National Assembly elections.
