Congestion returns to Kuwaiti streets

KUWAIT CITY, March 7: With the start of the second semester of the academic year 2021-2022 and the return of learners to their schools today, many streets witnessed traffic congestion, especially in the streets surrounding some schools within residential areas, reports Al-Qabas daily. The Ministry of Interior has intensified its patrols on the main streets and near schools to try to facilitate the movement of traffic, break up traffic jams and deal with them quickly.

The ministry cautioned against the turbulent weather conditions warning that visibility might ebb creating difficulties for motorists. The ministry said in a statement that it is reachable via the emergency number 112 for any security or traffic aid. (Agencies)
