KUWAIT CITY, Jan 17: The Kuwait Municipality announced on Monday the closure of a commercial store and the issuance of 7 violations for non-compliance with health requirements and municipal regulations in Farwaniya Governorate. Director of the Audit and Follow-up Department of Municipal Services in the Governorate Municipality Branch, Dr. Nasser Al-Rashidi, said in a press release that the team carried out field tours in the Al-Reqqaei area in salons and shops to ensure their compliance with the municipality’s regulations and the implementation of administrative decisions related to health requirements.

He stressed the continuation of the supervisory team’s field tours and their failure to take all legal measures against violators, calling on shop owners not to be lenient in implementing health requirements in order to avoid violations and fines, which may amount to administrative closure. (KUNA)
