Cobra’s unique hiding place inspires warning: ‘Be extra careful’

INDIA, Oct 12, (Agencies): A wildlife expert in India is urging residents to exercise caution as a video recently emerged, showing a cobra emerging from what seems to be a woman’s shoe.

“Looks like this cobra is trying out some new footwear,” quipped Susanta Nanda, an official from the Indian Forest Service. “Jokes aside, as the monsoon season nears its end, it’s crucial to remain extra vigilant.”

In the video below, the cobra displays its hood in a defensive posture and makes a striking motion towards the person recording the footage.
