Co-ops start Kuwaitization of supply manager position with basic pay from KD 400-500

Sources revealed that the appointment requirements include being a Kuwaiti citizen with a diploma in the relevant field, such as accounting or business administration, and at least five years of experience, as well as the submission of a criminal record clearance through the Sahel application. Sources stated that the basic salary for a branch supply manager ranges from KD400 and KD500, in addition to the subsidy allocated for national employment in the private sector, allowances and incentives.

Sources indicated that the cooperative societies will receive applications, select candidates and then submit the list of candidates to the Control Department at the Ministry of Social Affairs to ensure they meet the conditions. Sources clarified that if no qualified candidate is found, a Kuwaiti employee will be assigned to do the duties of the position temporarily. Sources added that the appointment of supply branch officials is exempt from the six percent allocated for employee salaries and expenses, and does not require obtaining approval from the Kuwaitization Committee.
