KUWAIT CITY, March 26:Customs officers at the Al-Nuwaiseeb border post recently foiled the attempt of a Saudi man to smuggle 12 cartons of cigarettes into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, reports Annahar daily. Inspectors seized the contraband hidden under the seats, in tyres and the engine of the vehicle.
