KUWAIT CITY, June 17: Officers from the Criminal Investigation Department arrested a citizen for attempted murder. The suspect was arrested in a flat in Mahboula area along with his friend who had absconded from the sponsor. He was also involved in KD20,000 financial offense. The duo has since been referred to concerned authorities for legal action.
