China Expresses Concern Over US Blockade on Iran, Calls for De-escalation

BEIJING, July 14: China on Tuesday voiced deep concern over the renewed military tensions following the US blockade on Iran, urging all parties to exercise restraint and work toward de-escalation.

Responding to questions about the situation, a spokesperson for China's Foreign Ministry said Beijing was "highly concerned about the resumption of military conflict."

The spokesperson added that China would continue to make efforts to help ease tensions and promote stability in the region, reiterating its call for dialogue and measures to prevent further escalation.
