KUWAIT CITY, Jan 23: A one-year-old Kuwaiti girl drowned in a bathtub in her family’s home in the suburb of Al-Adan. When the mother felt the child was out of sight she went looking for her and found her in the bathtub. She rushed the child to the hospital but it was too late. The child was declared dead on arrival. Police are investigating.
