KUWAIT CITY, Jan 9: A tragic traffic accident on the Seventh Ring Road claimed the lives of a child and a woman, while leaving another person injured.
The General Fire Force reported that the Al-Bairaq Fire Center responded to a collision and entrapment incident involving two vehicles on the Seventh Ring Road in the direction of Jahra on Thursday evening. Upon arrival, firefighters carried out rescue operations and worked to extricate the trapped victims from the wreckage.
Despite their efforts, a child and a woman were pronounced dead at the scene. A third individual sustained injuries and was transferred to medical authorities for treatment.
Following the completion of rescue operations, the accident site was secured and handed over to the relevant authorities to conduct the necessary legal and technical procedures.
