KUWAIT CITY, March 25: Many restaurants were found to have not obtained permits to render delivery service in the first four hours of the partial curfew on the second day of implementing the Cabinet’s decision to allow these establishments to deliver orders to homes from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, reports Al-Qabas daily. When the daily’s staff visited restaurants in Farwaniya, Ardiya Al-Sinaiyah, Khaitan and Al-Raqi; they found many establishments remained closed.

The Ministry of Interior has also intensified security presence in several areas near the restaurants to ensure strict compliance with health regulations and that the restaurants offer delivery service only. On the other hand, food delivery traffic in restaurants that obtained permits to deliver orders during the partial curfew hours has witnessed an accelerated pace.
