KUWAIT CITY, July 13: The US Central Command (CENTCOM) has dismissed Iranian claims that three American service members were killed in recent strikes in Kuwait, describing the reports as false.

In a statement posted on X, CENTCOM said Iranian propaganda alleged that three US troops had been killed in Kuwait by Iranian strikes.

“Iranian propaganda claimed that 3 American service members were killed in Kuwait by strikes from Iran. FALSE,” the command said.

CENTCOM added that there were no reports of US service member deaths or injuries anywhere in the region and confirmed that all US personnel are accounted for.

The statement comes amid heightened regional tensions and follows the circulation of unverified claims regarding alleged casualties involving US forces stationed in the Gulf.
