Causeway bids deadline extended

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 14: The Central Agency for Public Tenders (CAPT) extended the deadline for submitting bids for the management, operation and maintenance of Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Causeway until Oct 6, instead of Sept 22. Through this tender, the Ministry of Public Works will manage, operate and maintain Sheikh Jaber Causeway, in addition to the provision of materials, equipment, employees, experts and related services, as well as carrying out the environmental works stipulated in the contract. The tender includes the execution of temporary, additional and supplementary works as requested by the concerned public entity in accordance with the contract terms. The ministry added this project to its contracts plan for the current fiscal year.
