An Asian expatriate was caught in Shuwaikh Industrial Area after taking advantage of the early morning hours to steal several chairs placed in front of shops around 6 a.m. The incident reportedly occurred when the area was relatively quiet, allowing the suspect to load the items unnoticed before being detected by nearby workers and reported to authorities.
