KUWAIT CITY, July 10: The Capital Governorate has launched the 'Tawasul' (communication) service via the Sahel app, an accessible application designed to receive complaints, suggestions, and inquiries from citizens.
This initiative is part of the Capital Governorate's efforts, directed by Governor Sheikh Abdullah Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah, to foster greater interaction with the public. The 'Tawasul' service aims to facilitate effective communication between citizens and governmental authorities, enhancing transparency and responsiveness to community needs.
