KUWAIT CITY, Dec 16: The Criminal Court has instructed the Justice Palace police to arrest citizens who stole national labor subsidy even if they returned the stolen amount and were referred to the Central Prison. Earlier, the Public Prosecution referred the defendants to the Criminal Court after charging them with falsifying national labor subsidy applications and illegally obtaining the money.
