Cabinet plans to reduce benefits paid to top government officials

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 11: Cabinet is planning to reduce incentives paid to the top government officials receiving big salaries, reports Al-Qabas daily.
The daily quoting a government source added that incentives form this time fourth will be based on achievements.
He also disclosed the intention to reduce members of the Anti-corruption Authority to five, adding the Minister of Justice has already addressed the Supreme Judicial Council to from a fact-finding committee for the authority and the names of its members will be approved within days.
