KUWAIT CITY, Feb 17: On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, I would like to extend my sincere best wishes to His Highness the Amir and the people of Kuwait. Kuwait has always been known for its generosity and humanitarian spirit and I look forward - during my first Ramadan in Kuwait - to experiencing the rich Kuwaiti traditions that reflect the true values of Ramadan: charity and compassion, family, gratitude and reflection.
