KUWAIT CITY, Sept 18: The Land Border Security Investigations Department has arrested 4 people of Afghan nationality because they attempted to infiltrate into the country from Iraq via the northern border after cutting through the barbed wire.
Security sources told Al-Rai daily that the efforts of the infiltrators were caught by Border Security personnel who man the border on foot.
The four Afghans have been referred to the relevant security authorities to confirm their intention to enter the country and know how they reached the Kuwaiti security fence.
