Blocking of exit points in Farwaniya

KUWAIT CITY, May 29: The Ministry of Interior has started placing cement barriers at the entrances and exits of the Farwaniya area, especially in the streets that separate the area from some areas of private houses.

The security teams have intensified their searches of people who are exiting thee isolation areas by asking the drivers of the transport vehicle to open its rear doors to ensure that there are no people trying to escape from the isolation areas to other areas.

Erecting barbed wire fences in some of the areas to be isolated, were not noticed in Farwaniya and Khaitan areas.
