Blasts to echo across north Kuwait as Army detonates war remnants

KUWAIT CITY, June 23: The Kuwait Army General Staff announced on Tuesday that the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team of the Land Forces Engineering Corps will carry out operations to handle shrapnel and explosive remnants in the northern region of the country from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

In a press statement, the General Staff noted that any explosions heard during this period are part of the scheduled EOD activities.
