KUWAIT CITY, April 12: English club Birmingham Albion has appointed a group of Kuwaiti coaches to take part in selecting a promising Kuwaiti player for a fully funded training and development experience at the club in England.
The coaching committee includes Dr. Nawaf Al-Kandari, Adel Fadel, and Bader Dehiman, who will help evaluate and identify the standout talent eligible for the program.
Tawari Madlol Al-Dhafiri, a member of Birmingham Albion’s development committee, said the initiative aims to support emerging Kuwaiti players and provide them with opportunities to gain experience in a professional European football environment.
He emphasized that the project focuses on developing and refining young talent, helping them grow technically and gain valuable exposure that could shape their future careers.
“This is an important step in supporting Kuwaiti talent and giving players a real chance to develop in a more advanced football setting. We hope the program achieves strong success,” he said.
