Cartons of cigarettes seized by the Customs at the Saudi border

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 1: Customs officers at Al-Nuwaiseeb border post recently foiled the attempt of a Saudi man to smuggle out of the country 21 cartons, reports Annahar daily.
