Beware ‘Night Calm’ is forbidden to bring from abroad

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 8: Travellers have been warned against bringing into Kuwait “Night Calm”, saying this drug is one of the trade names for “Zopiclone”, the substance that is listed in Schedule 4 of the Anti-Psychotropic Substances Law No. 48 of 1987 based on the decision of the Ministry of Health, reports Al-Anba daily.  The prosecution said that bringing this drug from abroad can only be brought with a medical prescription certified by Kuwait or else is punishable by law. The Prosecution stressed that this prescription cannot be passed on to others on their behalf to dispense them or bring them from abroad.
