Beggars who use children arrested

KUWAIT CITY, April 5: The Ministry of Interior arrested residence violators and beggars of different nationalities who were accompanied by children in various governorates. Legal measures have been taken against those arrested and a case of negligence related to minors was registered. Their sponsors were summoned to take legal measures against them.
