KUWAIT CITY, Sept 9: Police have arrested an Arab for violating residence law and begging money, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily added, the suspect was caught in Mansouriya. He was caught in the act while begging money from a person who had just left a bank premises. It has been reported the beggar had on his person KD 400, which he had reportedly collected in just a few hours. He has been referred to the concerned authorities to prepare his deportation from the country.
