KUWAIT CITY, Sept 14: Minister of Education, Higher Education, and Scientific Research Dr. Adel Al-Mane recently issued a decision on allowing Bedoun students with expired security cards to enroll in public and private schools for the academic year 2023/2024, reports Al-Qabas daily. This is part of the ongoing preparations for the new academic year to ensure the smooth flow of the educational process, with the approval of the Council of Ministers.
