Bedoun attempts self-immolation near Jahra court

KUWAIT CITY, March 1:  A Bedoun youth tried to commit suicide by pouring petrol on his body and setting fire to himself in front of Jahra Court. Securitymen, firefighters and paramedics rushed to the location after the Operations Unit in the Interior Ministry received information on the incident. They found the Bedoun lying on the ground and passersby managed to put the fire under control. Paramedics rushed the Bedoun to Jahra Hospital and then he was transferred to Babtain Hospital later. Passersby, who initially put the fire under control, disclosed that 70 percent of the Bedoun’s body got burned.
