KUWAIT CITY, Dec 20: Bashar Abdullah, Acting Director General of the Public Authority for Sports, extended his heartfelt congratulations to His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, on the occasion of the second anniversary of his accession to the throne, reiterating loyalty and dedication to Kuwait’s wise leadership.
