Banks in Kuwait Ordered to Resolve Customer Complaints Within 5 Days
Kuwait Banking Association confirms next Sunday closure for Isra and Mi’raj.

KUWAIT CITY, May 4: The Kuwait Banking Association (KBA) announced that the Central Bank of Kuwait has issued directives to banks to reduce the response time for customer complaints from 15 days to just 5 working days, reports Al-Seyassah daily. In its official X account, KBA stated that the directive also mandates banks to develop periodic performance indicators to measure customer satisfaction levels and the quality of complaint handling, thereby enhancing the efficiency of banking services and improving the customer experience.
