Bangladeshi taxi driver held for tearing the Holy Quran

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 6: Police have arrested a Bangladeshi taxi driver for tearing the Holy Quran, reports Al-Rai daily. According to security sources the incident happened in Nugra and a Lebanese who saw him attempted to snatch the holy book from his hand but did not succeed.
He then called the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior. Police rushed to the spot and arrested the man. The daily added, the man was behaving like a lunatic and it is surprising how such a man can be given permission to drive on the roads and carry passengers, whose lives can be at risk.
