Bangladeshi selling stolen medicines in street; Indian arrested for bootlegging

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 25: The Farwaniya police have arrested a Bangladeshi for selling medicines at a makeshift open air market in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, reports Al-Anba daily. According to security sources, the Bangladeshi is a cleaning company worker at the Al- Sabah Hospital. It is believed he stole the medicines from the hospital.

Meanwhile, police have arrested an Indian for bootlegging and referred him to the General Department of Drugs and Alcohol Control, reports Al-Rai daily. The suspect was reportedly driving the car belonging to his sponsor and he was arrested on suspicion in Salmiya. The Hawalli police have seized from his car 86 bottles of booze.
