Bangladeshi kills self

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 9: A Bangladeshi man ended his life by hanging from a tree in Al-Naseem area in Jahra using a sheet of cloth, reports Al-Seyassah daily. When securitymen received information in this regard, they rushed to the location with paramedics and found the dangling corpse. The corpse was pulled down and referred to the forensics department. His sponsor was summoned for investigations on the reason behind the suicide.

Meanwhile in a hot chase, security operatives apprehended a citizen at a security checkpoint in Riqqa area in possession of 60 narcotic pills. A security source said the suspect tried to escape when he reached the checkpoint and officers asked for his identification documents. They chased and arrested him, and recovered 60 narcotic pills while conducting a search inside his vehicle. He was referred with the items to the concerned authority. Meanwhile, Ahmadi securitymen nailed another citizen in Fahaheel area for his involvement in a financial offense.
