KUWAIT CITY, Aug 27: A fight between two inmates at a correctional facility in Kuwait ended with one of them suffering a broken nose, according to a security report.
The incident was reported to Sulaibiya Police Station after correctional facility authorities informed police that two inmates, one Kuwaiti and the other Bangladeshi, had been involved in a fight inside one of the prison wings.
On-duty officers intervened and managed to stop the altercation. The Bangladeshi inmate was taken to Farwaniya Hospital, where a medical examination confirmed that he had sustained a broken nose.
The injured inmate expressed his intention to file a police report over the incident, and the necessary legal procedures were initiated.
