KUWAIT CITY, Mar 5: Following the attack that targeted Kuwait International Airport on Saturday evening, which left 12 people of various nationalities injured ( including several Bangladeshi airport workers), the Embassy of Bangladesh in Kuwait moved swiftly to follow up on the condition of its nationals.

The injured were transferred to several hospitals for treatment, where their conditions are being closely monitored by medical teams. The Ambassador of Bangladesh to Kuwait, Major General Syed Tariq Hossain, accompanied by embassy officials, visited the hospitals to check on the injured citizens.

During the visits, the ambassador met with the victims, inquired about their health, and received detailed briefings from hospital administrators regarding their treatment plans and medical care. He conveyed his concern for their well-being and assured them of the embassy’s full support until their recovery.

The Bangladeshi embassy affirmed that it will continue to provide comprehensive consular assistance and coordinate closely with Kuwaiti authorities to ensure that all necessary support is extended to the injured and their families.
