Bahrain's air defenses intercepted several Iranian attacks

MANAMA, Jul 22: Bahrain’s military said Wednesday that its air defense systems intercepted and destroyed several Iranian aerial attacks targeting the kingdom.

In a statement, the Bahrain Defense Force said its forces remained on high alert following what it described as continued Iranian aggression.

“Iran continues its systematic aggression through its heinous attacks targeting civilians in the Kingdom of Bahrain,” the statement said.

The military added that the use of missiles and drones against civilians and private property represented a “flagrant violation of international humanitarian law.”
