MANAMA, Jun 28: Bahrain’s Interior Ministry said warning sirens were activated on Sunday following what the Foreign Ministry described as a renewed Iranian attack.

The Foreign Ministry condemned the incident, while authorities urged citizens and residents to remain calm, move to safe locations if instructed, and follow official updates.

The alert came after Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that it had targeted U.S. military positions in the region in response to U.S. strikes on Iranian sites.

Bahraini authorities have not yet provided further details on the nature of the attack or whether any damage or casualties were reported.
